The Team

 Eddie Otero is the President and Founder of JAE Development Group LLC.  From tenant improvements for the DEA in Washington DC to multifamily and custom-built homes in Miami, FL, Eddie has over 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction management. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a certified General Contractor. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, as well as attending concerts and sporting events. Fluent in English and Spanish he can communicate with a large client base. 

Chris MacDonald is a skilled and versatile builder with over 35 years of expertise in commercial, residential, civil, and marine construction across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Southern Florida. Known for his deep industry knowledge, Chris combines strong project management and scheduling skills with a hands-on approach, often stepping in to work physically alongside his team. Starting from the ground up, he’s equally skilled in paperwork and on-site tasks. Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with loved ones and animals, watching sports, and continuing his education on history and the future, always striving to make the world a better place.

 Jose Domingo is a Project Manager* for JAE Development Group LLC. Jose comes to JAE with over 20 years of experience in the international hospitality and construction field. As owner and manager of multiple companies in Venezuela and Bonaire, NA, his area of expertise is displayed at the Eden Beach Resort, Bonaire, NA. At Eden Beach Resort Jose handled the management of several construction projects to maintain and update the property. Jose has also worked with JAE’s President, Eddie Otero, in Washington DC as the project manager for a luxury condominium building. Fluent in English, Spanish, French and a basic knowledge of Italian, he often communicates with clients and vendors worldwide. When Jose has free time, he likes to travel with his wife and two children.
