JAE Development Group was founded in 2018 by Eddie Otero, who brings over 25 years of experience in real estate development and construction. Prior to starting JAE, Eddie served as the Vice President of Development at Mast Capital in Miami, FL, and Trammell Crow Co. in Washington, D.C. With a strong foundation in luxury residential and commercial projects, JAE Development Group has established itself as a leader in both development and construction services across South East and South West Florida.
